Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy; you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition you received it.

For customers in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the 14-day period starts from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in separate shipments, the 14-day period starts from the day the last item is delivered. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are legally required to cover the cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
