HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track your order online with the courier that your order has been sent with.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU NOT SHIP TO?

At Martian Mushrooms, we are committed to compliance with local and international laws regarding the shipping of our products. Therefore, while we aim to provide our products to customers globally, there are countries to which we are unable to ship due to local regulations and restrictions. As of now, we are unable to ship to:

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will typically re-attempt delivery. Or will leave a card with information on how you can arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.

We ship globally but free shipping offer is only applicable to mainland UK. Shipping costs will vary depending on location.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@martianmushrooms.co.uk, or you can live chat with us through our website.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed for dispatch.

COURIERS

We use DPD and Royal Mail as our couriers. Large orders are sent with DPD Next Day. Smaller items are posted in letters via Royal Mail 24. All orders will have tracking, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS HELD AT CUSTOMS?

In the unlikely event that your order is held at customs, please contact us at support@martianmushrooms.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll assist you further.

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES?

The delivery time for international orders can vary depending on the country your are ordering from. Typically, international orders arrive between 5-15 working days after dispatch. Please note, this can sometimes be longer due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

We do our best to package your items securely, but sometimes accidents happen during transit.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will replace or refund it right away.
